Crude Palm Oil (“CPO”) production has shown a steady volume growth over the last 30 years, with Malaysia and Indonesia producing approximately 90% of the world CPO.
Cooking Oil
We are one of the reputed distributors of vegetable cooking Oil including RBD Palm Olein directly from factory. We are in the businesses of exporting consumer pack edible oil as wholesale and bulk.
Palm oil is largely used as cooking oil and in industrial frying. The oil is high in olefins, a valuable chemical group that can be processed into many non-food products also. Packing is available from 1-litre to 25 metric tonnes. The different grades include CP-6, CP-8, CP-10 for the different needs of the consumers. (Please refer to packing size provided below).

b) Buyer to pay other expenses not covered in a) above.

SALES AND BANKING PROCEDURES
1) Buyer issues Letter of Intent (LOI) to Seller.
2) Seller issues Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) or Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to Buyer.
3) Buyer issues Irrevocable Confirmed Purchase Order (ICPO) with Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) or Proof of Fund (POF) [e.g. copy of Local Bank Draft] to Seller together with signed and stamped FCO.
4) Seller issues the draft Contract to Buyer. Once any amendment is made and agreed by both parties the Buyer and Seller accepts the final Draft by signing, sealing and initialling every page. The final Contract will then be sent tobe notarized.
5) Buyer bank issues 30% of cargo value of one shipment as deposit payment to Seller bank within five (5) banking days after signing Contract. On confirmation of deposit received by the Seller bank, Seller invites Buyer for refinery site visit.
6) Seller arrange for appointment with authorised independent surveyor together with Buyer appointed agent to conduct dip test at the refinery within a maximum of twenty-one (21) working days from deposit receipt.
7) Buyer release balance payment to Seller upon successful dip test. Dip test, forwarding agency and other port charges are at Buyer's expense.
8) Lifting commence as per Contract.
9) Seller release commission to intermediaries as per IMFPA.
